In 2013 I auditioned for the School of Rock All-Stars. Some fellow Utahns and I made the tour and ended up playing shows in Chicago all summer, including a show at the Lollapalooza music festival.

Behind the Wheat Grinder was formed at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah. I since moved to Boston for my degree, but the band still tours around the states.

Challenging independence exercise: The right hand slowly morphs between all 1/16th note partials while maintaining the ostinato in the three other limbs.

In 2015, I worked at an amusement as the drummer for their live entertainment show. This video showcases the Halloween show, which involved full costume/makeup, playing live with tracks, and chain-saw dancers.
